How to Add a New Hire
The business is growing and you’re ready to add a new team member. We’ve made it easy for you to add a new employee - all in the Borderless AI platform. No more back-and-forth emails - you can use our intuitive wizard or have a simple conversation with Alberni - our AI-powered agent.
Step 1
Once you’ve started the process of adding a hire, the second step will be ‘Employment Information’. Until you insert the title of your new hire, the option to generate the JD with AI will not be available.


Step 2
You can generate the job description by clicking on the
button.
If you have certain requirements that must be included in the job description, insert them into the text box and then re-generate the job description. Note: if you already have a JD, you can cut and paste it into the text box and Alberni will optimize it.
