No. Borderless AI becomes your employee's legal employer in their new country, through our Employer of Record service. You keep managing their day-to-day work.
Can you help existing employees, not only new hires?
Yes. We support people relocating within your team, as well as new hires who need a visa to work for you.
Which countries can you support?
Tell us where your employee is moving from and to. What's needed depends on both countries and on the person's citizenship, so we'll confirm what's possible before you commit.
How long does a move take?
It depends on the countries and the type of permit. We'll give you a realistic timeline at the start, and keep you updated as the move goes ahead.
What does it cost?
Cost depends on the countries, the permit and the support your employee needs. We'll walk you through it before you commit.
