Benefits that help you win the hire, wherever they live
Offer health, retirement and insurance plans built for each local market. Borderless AI sets them up and runs them, so your offer competes with local employers from day one.
Benefits
Access your benefits providers and check your coverage.
The best people rarely choose on salary alone. They weigh the whole package against what employers in their own city provide. A plan designed at headquarters can look generous in one country and thin in the next. Borderless AI builds each package around what is required and what is expected locally, so your offer holds up wherever your next hire lives.
Plans follow local law and local norms, not a global template.
Local benefits are set up in days, not months, so benefits don't hold up a start date.
Choose the plan level and decide how costs are shared, country by country.
Benefits packages vary by country. Depending on where you hire, yours can include:
Local medical cover that meets statutory rules and matches what employers in the market provide. We handle enrollment and administration.
Routine and major dental care, where employees expect it as part of a complete package.
Eye exams and eyewear cover, where it's part of what local employers provide.
Pension plans, 401(k), RRSP and local equivalents, with contributions run through payroll.
Life, accident and disability cover that protects employees and their families when it matters most.
Support beyond insurance, so your team can stay well and do their best work.
In many countries, employees can also extend their plan to a spouse or dependants.

No. Statutory benefits are part of every employment contract, and supplemental plans are your choice. Your dedicated customer success manager will tell you what employers in each market typically offer, so you can decide what your package needs to compete.
Yes. Where more than one plan level is available, you choose the one that fits your budget, and you decide how the cost is shared between you and your employee.
Plans come from established insurers and pension providers in each market. Borderless AI sets them up, enrolls your employees and administers them.
We do. Employees complete their benefits enrollment in the Borderless AI platform as part of onboarding, with our team guiding them through it. After that, your dedicated customer success manager and our in-house support team handle questions and follow up with the provider when needed.
In many countries, yes. Employees can add a spouse or dependants to their plan. Whether that cover is paid by the employer or the employee depends on the country and the plan.
Enrollment begins during onboarding, so in many countries cover is active on the employee's first day. Some plans start on a fixed date set by the insurer, such as the first of the following month. Tell us the start date early and we will plan onboarding around it.
Cost depends on the country, the plans you choose and the size of your team. Book a demo and we will walk through the options for the markets you are hiring in.
