Last year, Borderless AI launched its Global Compliance Committee to help guide the company’s approach to international employment regulations and best practices for global hiring. As organizations increasingly build distributed teams, navigating employment laws, tax frameworks, and worker classification rules across multiple jurisdictions has become significantly more complex.

The Global Compliance Committee was established to help Borderless AI stay ahead of these changes. Working closely with internal teams, the committee monitors regulatory developments, provides guidance on global employment standards, and helps ensure the platform continues to support compliant hiring and workforce management around the world.

Today, Borderless AI is expanding the committee with two new members.

Iñigo Sagardoy de Simón

President of Sagardoy Abogados

Bringing over three decades of distinguished experience in labor law, Iñigo specializes in aligning complex legal frameworks with multinational organizational objectives. His leadership focuses on fortifying corporate governance and delivering highly effective, integrated legal solutions for expanding enterprises.

Claudia Posluschny

Partner, Employment & Labor Law
Norton Rose Fulbright

Based in Munich, Claudia is a leading authority on domestic and international employment law, focusing on individual, collective, and transaction-related labor regulations. She provides vital, pragmatic guidance to multinational clients on cross-border restructuring, secondments, and the implementation of global compliance guidelines.

Our new members bring significant expertise in areas such as international employment law, payroll compliance, and cross-border workforce management. Their experience strengthens the committee’s ability to monitor evolving regulatory environments and provide strategic guidance as Borderless AI continues to scale its platform globally.

As companies hire across borders at an unprecedented pace, compliance has become foundational infrastructure for global work. Organizations need reliable systems and expert guidance to ensure they meet local employment standards while building distributed teams.

The expanded Global Compliance Committee will work alongside Borderless AI's product, legal, and operations teams to help ensure the platform continues to meet the highest standards of compliance and governance. This includes reviewing emerging regulatory trends, advising on policy updates, and supporting the development of tools that simplify compliant hiring for companies operating internationally.

Borderless AI enables companies to hire, onboard, manage, and pay talent in 170+ countries, helping organizations build global teams without the traditional barriers of international employment.

By expanding its Global Compliance Committee, Borderless AI reinforces its commitment to responsible global hiring, ensuring companies using the platform can confidently grow their teams across borders.
