The Borderless AI Boarding Pass Campaign is a limited-time promotional offer that rewards eligible new customers who onboard with our Employer of Record (EOR) platform. Qualifying companies will receive one pair of Apple AirPods Max when they meet the campaign criteria.

Terms & Conditions

Eligibility

To qualify for this promotion, you must:

1. ‍Be a new customer of Borderless AI. Existing customers, subsidiaries, affiliates, or resellers are not eligible.
   
2. Submit a valid demo request form with the promo code "Boarding" between October 1, 2025 and December 10, 2025.
   
3. Successfully onboard at least one employee through Borderless AI’s Employer of Record (EOR) platform.
   

Complete at least one full payroll cycle within 45 days of signing your Master Services Agreement (MSA).

Geographic & Service Scope

• The onboarded employee must be located in a country where Borderless AI offers direct EOR services. You can review our current supported countries here or contact our team for confirmation.
  
• This offer applies only to full-time employees hired via our EOR platform.
  
• Contractors, freelancers, or independent workers are excluded from this campaign.
• ‍Immigration or visa sponsorship services are not included or eligible under this promotion.

Reward Delivery

• Each qualifying company will receive one (1) pair of Apple AirPods Max.
  
• Rewards will be shipped within 7 business days of payroll verification.
  
• Shipping is available to most global destinations. A signature may be required upon delivery.
  
• No cash alternative will be provided.
• Limit one reward per company.

Other Conditions

• This offer cannot be combined with any other Borderless AI promotional offers unless explicitly stated.
