Adding a Job Description with Alberni
One of the most time-consuming tasks in talent acquisition and hiring is creating the job description (JD). When adding a new employee in the Borderless AI platform, you can add your own job description or use Alberni to create one for you.
Step 1
Once you’ve started the process of adding a hire, the second step will be ‘Employment Information’. Until you insert the title of your new hire, the option to generate the JD with AI will not be available.


Step 2
You can generate the job description by clicking on the
button.
If you have certain requirements that must be included in the job description, insert them into the text box and then re-generate the job description. Note: if you already have a JD, you can cut and paste it into the text box and Alberni will optimize it.
